Carl provided more than we could have possibly hoped from a realtor in our home buying adventure. Aside from his expertise in the home buying process, negotiations, flexible schedule, local construction practices and codes, and tireless work ethic (Seriously Carl, take a day off every now and then!), it's so very obvious that Carl loves what he does. I didn't know Carl when he was recommended by a friend I trust. I read the reviews and it was obvious Carl knows what he's doing, and is very good at it. What surprised me is how quickly he earned our trust. Carl won't tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign with him. He's honest, transparent, and will absolutely tell you what you NEED to hear about a house you want to buy or sell. I can tell you without hesitation that we have found "our agent" for as long as he'll have us! Thanks for everything, Carl!

Carl is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He always communicates and makes sure that all of our needs and expectations are met. From the beginning, Carl took time to figure out what we wanted and tailored a search to suit our needs. He educated us on the market and what to expect. What impressed me the most is how he takes pride in communicating every detail. Carl is always available and responsive and ensured we were well informed during every step in the process.

Carl is a wealth of knowledge and experience. He always made me feel like a priority and was able to schedule viewings and meetings as soon as needed since houses are going so quickly. He was very in tune to exactly what I wanted and what would be possible for me with my budget. I’m so grateful for his advice and honesty throughout the process of both home selling and buying. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Fantastic realtor, my wife and I were first time buyers looking for a home in the $200-250k range and really didn't know what to expect. Carl was great whenever we had questions and was able to meet us at the prospective houses in a matter of hours during the frenzied COVID shutdown (one time he couldn't as his wife had just given birth, but he still arranged for his colleague to help us). The house we ended up choosing had eight offers in the 24 hours it was listed, and it was due to Carl's contacts and relationships that we were the ones to come on top. We'll be calling him again in 5-7 years (though he claims it will be four). You should too.
