Cameron was a pleasure to work with. She was organized, attentive and knowledgable throughout the entire process. Her marketing skills set her apart from others and I appreciated how she made sure to update me each week on the showings, feedback, and what she had done to market my property. She took the time to understand every aspect of my home, the market, and the neighborhood and it showed in a quick sale! The buyer asked me to remove a small tree in the yard prior to closing and Cameron physically spent her Saturday helping me remove the tree. If you are looking for someone dedicated to selling your home I highly recommend Cameron as your agent in the Outer Banks!

Cameron is listing our semi-oceanfront property. She was extremely helpful in working with us to determine the right listing price. She also did a very good job in developing our property description. She explained all the services her firm provides. She held an open house and has shown the property to multiple prospects. We have gotten a few offers but none that we have accepted yet. Cameron is always available when we have questions and is very responsive. I was recently at the OBX and called Cameron with some questions. She was quick to jump in her car and come right over to discuss my questions. I would highly recommend Cameron to anyone looking to sell or buy in OBX.

Cameron was terrific to work with! She was very responsive to all questions and issues that arose. She was very knowledgeable, and when we came across something she had not seen before, she was able to get the answer that was needed very quickly. She understood our needs and took time to get to know us resulting in looking at properties that she thought might be interesting to us- and they were! We had a difficult negotiating process with the seller, and she stuck with it and got us to where we wanted to be. Even at the end of the sale, and after it was over, she helped us find contractors to fix the issues that needed to be done which was very important to us since we are out of town. Excellent customer service- we would strongly recommend Cameron to assist you with your purchase or sale of your property!
