Leon was everything we could have hoped for and more. Over the course of almost two years, Leon guided us through the house buying process until we found the perfect one. I lost count of how many homes he showed us in a 45 minute radius every direction from Auburn. He helped us navigate the differences between Missouri and Alabama and never lost faith in us as we completed a long distance move, the sale of a home 900 miles away, and looked at what must have been every type of home imaginable. Whether preparing to walk acreage out of town to driving Auburn’s rush hour traffic, he always showed up with a smile on his face. When we had questions for sellers, he communicated quickly and professionally. He made sure all of our needs were met in the negotiations, often covering items we hadn’t considered. We truly appreciate everything he did through this process. If we could give 10 stars we would.

Micah worked hard to help us make our dream of buying a home that perfectly accommodated our family a reality and a truly seamless process. The difference between our experience with Micah and our experience with buying our previous house was night and day! I appreciate how Micah advocates for his clients and was patient with what seemed like the thousands of questions I had. Oh!, and not only did he assist in the buying of our new home but selling our old as well! We closed on both properties the same day and locked one set of doors to be able to unlock and walk straight into the next. Thank you for being awesome and getting us into our forever home ??

Richard was the best thing that happened to us during our house search. We have been looking for awhile, and Richard was there the whole way. There wasn’t a house he wouldn’t show, there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer. My wife was pregnant for most of our search and when we finally found a house it was crunch time. Richard make the process so easy. He handled everything possible for us. I truly recommend him to everyone. You won’t find a more knowledgeable realtor, and you definitely won’t find a better person. Thank you for all of your help.

My husband is serving in the USMC and we received sudden orders to Georgia. Neither of us have been to Georgia and were recommended by a family member to Cal. Cal made sure that got the full scoop of each area and house we looked at VIRTUALLY. With my husband being deployed and me being 9 months pregnant, I needed all the help I could get and Cal and his team did just that. We closed on a house and still haven't been there to see it in person--THAT is how much I trust Cal and how much he has helped me and my family during this time. He knows real estate, the people/neighborhoods (even the builders of certain houses), the neighboring areas, the process, the VA and so much more! He WILL take care of you like family.
