From day one Bubba was honest about the market and how realistic it was that we were going to sell my dad's house. He stuck with it through a year and a half. During that time we had many hurdles to get over including an over extended time for the estate sale, several maintenance/repair issues, and of course the pandemic. However, once the state started opening up we got an offer in and closed in a very timely manner. Thank you Bubba Hunt and your support staff at Re/Max Eagle Creek Realty for all of your hard work! Bubba Hunt and Marisa Gay were tremendous. I had very particular requirements for the house I wanted to purchase and after listening very carefully to me, Bubba found me the perfect house. Marisa was extremely helpful to me through the contract execution, house inspection and closing stages. Both Bubba and Marisa were extremely responsive and very patient. I could not have asked for a better experience in purchasing a house.

This was my wife and I's first time buying a house and Bubba made the process seamless from start to finish. Bubba and his team were very attentive to our needs and found us the house we were looking for. They worked closely with our Mortgage team to ensure we closed on time and without any issues. Bubba has made our transition to our new home very smooth and has helped us with any issues that have arose since we closed without hesitation and with urgency. I would recommend anyone that is buying/selling a home to Bubba, he is awesome!

Bubba and his associates (Marisa in particular-we also worked closely with her) are very knowledgeable, very friendly and guided us every step of the way. They gave helpful advice and have numerous contacts in the community which was helpful also. Working with them was a joy!
