My wife and I worked with Brooke as we purchased a new construction home in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Brooke gathered initial intel about the community and helped us understand how many homesites were remaining and what the timeline of phases looked like. Once a new phase opened and we were ready to move forward, Brooke helped guide us through the purchasing process, spanning from the initial meeting with the sales representative to reviewing contracts to helping us make decisions on interior selections to connecting us with a home inspector prior to settlement. Brooke was a valuable addition to our homebuying process – it was great knowing that we had an experienced agent helping to shepherd us vs. dealing with the builder directly ourselves. Would highly recommend working with Brooke.

Brooke is a true professional and master of her craft who puts her heart and soul into her work. As first time home buyers in the Philly suburbs, Brooke guided us through the home buying effortlessly, she was always accessible, was so responsive and patient to all our questions and needs, and is an effective and clear communicator. Brooke educated us on the ever changing real estate market, has strong local market knowledge, and she was always transparent about the ins and outs of all properties we considered. Brooke is also an absolute joy to be around. She is warm, funny, compassionate, and approachable. Her patience and professionalism are nothing sort of exceptional. My husband and I are so incredibility lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her during important purchase in our lives.

Brooke helped sell my sister and I our childhood home! It was so hard for us !Brooke was so patient, kind and compassionate! Brooke was available 25/7 with any questions we had. She found us the perfect buyer which made it so much easier to sell!

Wow! Brooke was fabulous! She was knowledgable, great communicator, great problem solving ( although there were little problems, and most of all , understanding and compassionate with us since we were selling our childhood home. Highly recommend Brooke for your real estate needs!!!

After 4 years of search, we found our forever home with Brooke's help. We had worked with other realtors previously, but what we loved about Brooke was that she was always responsive and available. She showed every house we were interested in, and remained patient and optimistic, especially when we became discouraged. Our house checked all the boxes on our list, which we didn't think was possible. We appreciate all her efforts and recommend her highly!
