It was an absolute pleasure working with Brittney through this exciting time in our lives. We just purchased our first home and had a lot of reservations as we are coming from overseas, have never been to NE, and have two kids under 2.5. Brittney was calm and confident and helped us purchase our home sight-unseen within our 1.5-month timeframe. We are so excited and grateful to have a place waiting for us to arrive in just a few short weeks. I can't recommend her enough.

Ms. Brittney LaHayne with The Honor Group, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is an outstanding realtor whose dedication to and honesty with her customers is supreme. Ms. LaHayne's consummate positive attitude and can-do attitude regarding buying a home virtually made a normally stressful experience more like a breeze. She specializes in helping long distance customers with home purchases making communication key; she went out of her way to be available to communicate with us despite our 7-hour time difference (we were in Germany at the time). Her understanding of the Omaha real estate market and her industry is a mark above the rest - there was no question that she did not have a helpful and accurate answer for. There was never a time that she didn't seem to drop what she was doing to go look at a home that we were interested in and with each home she looked at she made detailed videos giving us confidence in our home purchase. Her use of social media to create a private space to store video tours of houses for us to view and review was extremely helpful and novel to us. I have to repeat a point about her can-do attitude; we originally had a different realtor who told us we should not bother trying to purchase a home with a VA loan; however, when we switched to Ms. LaHayne, her attitude was the opposite and she really helped us get nearly everything we were looking for (we actually were able to buy a house at list price). After the sale, Ms. LaHayne continued to help us with home improvement specialists and detailed instructions on how to set up our home in the US from overseas. We feel lucky to have had her as our realtor and I truly feel she earned every cent of her commission.

While we lived in Omaha, we had the great pleasure of working with Brittney for the purchase of our first home in 2018, and the sale of that same home in 2023. Hands down there’s no one I could recommend more highly than her + her team! Whether you’re a military family transferring into the area, or a seasoned local looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and savvy team to handle your home sale, you cannot go wrong with Brittney LaHayne. We felt confident and informed throughout the buying and selling processes, both of which worked out in our tremendous favor. She then continued to be a valuable resource and reliable friend to us while we lived in the area, and if we ever have the opportunity to work with her again, we will not hesitate to reach out to her team.

Brittney was an incredible Realtor to work with, who truly cares about her clients. We reached out to her while overseas and she gave us honest and helpful info about the current market - leading us to wait a year. There was zero pressure. We just closed on our new Omaha home and Brittney was amazing throughout the process. She made us feel like we were her highest priority - she was very responsive via email and text, answered all of our questions, and got us in to view properties very quickly. Brittney really knows the market, the area, has lots of resources from lenders to home service companies, and works hard to give the best experience. We truly enjoyed working with her.

This was my first time buying a house alone. I was nervous in the beginning but once I met Brittney, I felt a little more comfortable. This has been the best experience I have had in buying a home. Brittney listens to your wants and needs to ensure she is not wasting your time. I will definitely recommend Brittney to anyone I know that is going to buy or sale.
