Cassie played a critical role in finding my family our vacation home. You have to move fast in today's market and Cassie was very responsive and sure footed. My wife and I both work full time and have two young children so having Cassie on our team ensured that we had someone to scout for properties and do the research for us. We were confident that she knew the tactics for winning a deal without overpaying by ways of making our offer more attractive and getting it in sooner than anyone else. We highly recommend teaming up with Cassie if you are thinking of buying.

Cassie Stokes of Lake Life Realty/COMPASS responded immediately to my October 30 call, and came to look my Moultonborough property the next day. She prepared everything quickly; listed the property on November 14; and scheduled the open house for November 18. On the 17th, Cassie presented us with a full price cash offer, which we accepted. Closing was December 8, only 40 days after my call to them! She was very responsive, professional, speedy and a real pleasure to deal with. I was VERY pleased with the service at Lake Life Realty/Compass and I HIGHLY recommend Cassie and her team.
