I have worked with Bricena since 2004, she has sold hundreds of houses for my businesses and has also been our agent for our own purchases. It is such a pleasure to work with her and her staff. Through the years she has worked hand in hand with our customers on pre sold homes. She assists in house plan selections along with finish designs of these homes. She also designs our spec houses. Her extensive knowledge in the building process is such an asset, but that is not all she does. As a realtor she displays great organization and communication skills. Prior to closings there are hours of prep work along with paperwork, she and her team are always on top of it. As said earlier we have worked with her since 2004 and during that time the real estate industry has changed tremendously. The market has gone up and down and Bricena has adapted well under all circumstances. Technology has also played a role. Our ads started off in "Homes Illustrated" publications and are now are easily accessible 24/7 online. I hope to work with her for many more years!

Sha did a great job on our purchase. Once we chose a home, she rolled up her sleeves and got us a great deal on the house. I would recommend her to anyone every time.

Sha was very helpful in communicating with the sellers and us. Her continued support even after the sale has been great. She kept us updated on new listings and worked very well with our schedules to see any homes we were interested in seeing and answering any questions we had. Sha made us feel comfortable with our decisions and explained anything we were not familiar with.
