Brian and his team did a fantastic job assisting us with the purchase of our next home and seamless process of the selling of our starter home. The team was aware of what my wife and I were looking for in the next house, and gave us solid advice throughout the process, as well as pointers with regards to writing competitive offers along the way. At the end of the day, we were able to buy our dream home and couldn't be happier with the final result on both the buying and selling sides.

Brian did an absolutely amazing job helping us find our dream home. He began by meeting with us and explaining what to expect from the process, giving us a booklet he created that laid it all out for us and defined terms (there are a lot!). After that, it was off to the races and he tirelessly showed us as many houses as we wanted to see. He not only brings years of real estate experience to the table, he also brings experience from renovating homes himself and it really shows. Drawing from that wealth of knowledge, Brian was able to let us know approximately how much certain renovations would cost us. He never hesitated to let us know both the positives and negatives of houses that we saw so we could have a more balanced opinion of them. We were surprised at how many renovations we saw that looked nice at a glance but fell apart under closer inspection. His knowledge of housing codes and renovations saved us from pursuing some houses that looked great but had problems that could've been very expensive to fix. Through it all, Brian reinforced that it's important we find something that we'll be happy with in the long term, and he made it his mission to understand what that would be for us. When we found the house we were looking for, Brian got us all we asked for and more. Despite the seller being an iBuyer, Brian negotiated more concessions from them than we had thought possible. He was able to get them to drop an already below-appraisal price and then cover all closing costs on top of that! Also to note: once we had found the house, Brian's assistant kept in constant communication with us about the numerous deadlines in the process, which was super helpful. Brian and Elevate Realty are top notch, and we will be recommending them to everyone we know!
