I cannot talk any more highly of Brian! Being a first time home-buyer in this market has been a journey to say the least- one that my husband and I wanted to throw in the towel in on very soon. If it wasn’t for Brian’s positivity and persistence to keep us going, I don’t think we would be calling ourselves homeowners. Brian walked us through every little process and took the time to educate us as first time buyers. He helped us assess our needs and did not ever pressure us into something we didn’t want. Never were we felt like an inconvenience or like another dollar sign. You can tell Brian truly cares and if you really want a realtor that goes above and beyond, look no further.

My husband and I decided it was finally time to look for a place to call our own after living in Austin for 6 years. Brian O'Connor was recommended to me by a friend. Brian put together a great presentation and spent time asking us what we want, we knew nothing as first time buyers. We immediately felt confident in his knowledge. And then covid happened, with all the uncertainties we put our house hunting on hold. Brian was very understanding and periodically checked in on us but gave us ample space to make the decision whether we were ready to resume our search. In early November, we were ready. Brian again set up another call to see if our needs had changed, which they had since we were both working from home due to covid. Once we found the place we loved, he was so quick to draft up the offer letter and worked very closely with the seller's realtor. Brian gave us daily updates through the closing process. We never felt unheard or rushed or ignored. A month after we moved in, Brian checked in on us to make sure we were settling in and happy! What more can I say? Brian is amazing!!

We gave Brian a five-star rating only because a six-star rating was not offered. His commitment to selling our home was outstanding. His determination to help us make the right decisions throughout the process was greatly appreciated. He continually went above and beyond our expectations.

Brian is the best! My family was moving from Chicago, Il. To the Austin area, with a car full of pets and furniture in storage. As our Buyers agent, Brian spent alot of personal time to video review homes for us before we could get down to Texas and alot of communication with us before we ended up with the perect home for us. Austin is a very hot market and we had several offers fall through. Through the process, Brian protected our interest, never rushing us until we ended up with a great home in Liberty Hill, Texas. I am an Attorney who has done somewhere over 50 closings and several other real estate transactions and I can honestly say this was one of the easiest and most professionally done transactions, due to the professionalism of Brian and the other professioonals he had recommended to us. I highly recommend his service, whether you are buying or selling. I am recommending him to everyone I know coming to central Texas!

Brian worked with us for over 2 years and was extremely helpful and proactive. We were month to month and in no rush to purchase, so Brian had to go look at dozens of homes with us and was always accessible. It was a complicated endeavor, but Brian was able to explain every step of the process and expertly guide us into our new home. When it comes time to sell this home and purchase another, there is no question who I will be contacting.
