Brian is always stellar about answering his phone and immediately responsive to texts. He cares about you as a person; not just another "sale". Brian is well acquainted with South Florida and is a pleasure to work with. We were extremely appreciative of his expertise in the sale of our house.

I recently listed and successfully sold my condo in Delray Beach, FL. in short order with Mr. Brian Boles, ReMax. I usually don’t write reviews online but there is no way I couldn’t after my seamless experience from the initial listing to the closing. Before signing a contract with any realtor, I did my homework and interviewed several of them that appeared to have the experience and skills needed to entrust my listing with them. There is a very good reason why Brian is listed in the Top 1% of realtors. Realtors are a dime a dozen in South Florida and I have lived here all my life. Brian was the ONLY potential realtor that I interviewed that presented a professional, detailed marketing plan along with references, access to support staff (attorneys / assistants / title services). He met with me and listened to me first. The wannabes just said “Oh, I would love to sell your property, here’s my card, when can we sign a contract”? My condo was staged, photographed from Inside / outside and above with drones!!! Listed in one of the top real estate magazines in South Florida. Showings were scheduled with ample notice and respect for my privacy as I was living in the unit at the time. “Boles Sells Homes” is not just a marketing term, it’s a fact. It was a pleasure to work with Brian Boles. He is an outstanding real estate agent who walked us through the purchasing process being from out of state. Brian shared his expertise on the market and geographic area. He was very flexible of his time, and assisted with finding a mortgage broker along with recommending an inspection company. Brian was extremely involved in the sale; he would check-in weekly to guide us along the way.
