Brian Beatty became licensed in 2006 after the successful sale of a real estate-based online marketing company created in college. Amy is AMAZING! Period. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Charleston area market. Responsiveness? Definitely. She is very attentive. I never felt ignored. She is honest and kind. I live out of town and was buying a weekend condo. She got to know me and my husband...our likes and dislikes. I bought my condo (which is perfect!) sight unseen, because I trusted her so much. I HIGHLY recommend Amy.

Logan is the very best! She helped our family both sell our first home and close on building our dream home. She has been right there by our sides for over half a year at every step. I can’t even put into words how amazing Logan was to us! We moved from another state, and had to move within a certain time frame, and Logan made sure that happened for us! She went above and beyond, talked us through everything and was always available if we had any questions! We are so happy with our new home, and would recommend Logan to anyone else who needs to find their perfect home!

It's hard to put into words just how amazing Logan was for us. Moving from another state we put a lot of faith and trust in Logan and we are more than satisfied! Just when we thought it might not happen Logan was the calming, reassuring and positive person we needed to help us. And she did not disappoint. We absolutely love our new home and so thankful she jumped on it right away to make this happen for us. We would highly recommend Logan, it will be the best decision you make!
