Brett was detailed, prompt and thorough, no details are missed. He even advised on loan companies that proved to be of benefit, checked in during periodic downtimes to be of assistance, and answered calls after hours to make sure that all documents had been received in accordance with paperwork.

Explained the process every step of the way. Made it an easy selling experience. Sold the condo when it was listed for only 2 days after we had multiple offers. Brett also helped when we had questions on the inspection. All around great experience.

Brett has made our first home-buying experience a breeze. He's been incredibly responsive and timely with everything we've needed him for. His knowledge of renovation costs, neighborhood safety and culture, market forecasting, and the home-buying process have been indispensable for us. He has also been great at recognizing both times when we needed professional input or advice and times when we needed to make a decision on our own. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who needs a realtor.

Words can’t describe how incredible Brett is and a review does not do him justice. We heard about Brett from a friend who would not stop talking about how much this guy knows about real estate and how quickly he could sell our home. They were right. Brett was not only able to sell our house in less than one day, he set the record for our neighborhood of 400 homes to have the highest price per square-footage in the neighborhood now. Brett knows what he’s talking about and he will level with you from the very beginning on all of the things you need to do to be able to sell your house in the timeframe you were looking. As long as you listen to him and execute, your house will sell for the price it was listed at. He is very knowledgeable of the market in Hamilton County and surrounding areas. We will never use another realtor again. Thanks Brett and team for making this experience such a fantastic one. We love our new house and we love that we have made a new friend.
