Brenda helped us sell my mother's home in St.Mtn. She is a delight to work with. She has a team of contractors with whom she works and arranged and oversaw all repairs to the home. We interviewed about 10 agents before we decided to go with Brenda. Her energy, confidence, and professionalism won us over. She was by far the most prepared out of all of the agents we interviewed in person. She had an extensive packet of information and even a little swag bag with a few goodies. She held viewings over one weekend and was able to get 15 offers on our house!! The highest offer was for $25,000 over asking!!
