Brandon has assisted us in the purchase of a home, and 11 years later, the sale of that home. He has never been anything but the best in terms of professionalism, customer service, and sound advice. He knows his job and he does it well. Many times he went above and beyond, including doing some small repair work we needed done to sell the home! He was available at all times of the day and night and always responded promptly to our concerns or questions. The process of selling the home was quite stressful for my wife, and Brandon always took time to reassure her of the process and that everything was going smoothly. I will always appreciate having the opportunity to work with him!

Brandon has helped us in many different scenerios. When he first started out, and we decided to list from "for sale by owner" to MLS/realtor because we were not having luck, to purchasing our next home. Now to selling that home 12 years later that he got us a phenomenal deal on. He was the logical choice. He was honest about pricing, but also did not let us take the lower pay. He has a cool head on his shoulders, and when showings and negotiations got tricky- he was a calming presence that brought sound reason and was articulate. He is professional and kind. He knows how to satisfy different couples communication and thinking styles and bring us to the same place at the table. No one feels unvalidated. He sacrificed his own trade skills to make the sell happen. Despite busy season and a new business venture, we never felt neglected and always looked forward to his opinion on all things.

Brandon listened and understood what we were looking for with regards to style, size, view and price. He then helped to make our Sedona deal happen. His office was very responsive and his relationships with the inspectors, title company and with local contractors was all very helpful.
