Kate is fantastic to work with. She is timely, attentive to the small details, and cares deeply for her clients. Kate quickly identified a house that our family was not 100% satisfied with and suggested looking at additional homes before making an offer. Kate was present at many home builder meetings and provided support throughout the whole process. There are many good/great options for realtors in the Sioux Falls area, but we were impressed by Kate in how responsive she was to our questions via text, call, or email. She gave us great guidance throughout the process while the market was not necessarily stable. I recommend her to anyone with full confidence.

We were only "considering" moving, and even though we weren't actively looking Kate took the time to value our house, listen to our needs and wants, and keep us in mind as potential houses came on the market. In the end she found our perfect home that would've otherwise slipped through our fingers. She made the entire process seamless and looked out for our interests through both the buying and selling process! I cannot say enough great things about what her and her team did for us to make us feel supported through the entire process.
