In brokering my apartment sale, Bobby brought to the table an extremely high level of energy, experience and care. Bobby employed a robust strategy that garnered immediate attention for my offering. In only one open house, Bobby secured an all cash offer with sweetened terms to allow us to close on a delayed basis while we closed on a separate purchase. What a convenience to be in and out with a swift negotiation and deal. Bobby and his team at Shares of New York delivered in flying colors. I recommend them highly in trying to sell your home.

Rarely does someone make an impression and motivate me to actually sit down and write a review about his or her service. Well, Bobby Gellert has certainly made such an impression. Bobby was instrumental at every stage of the process from listing to closing. From the moment we signed the listing agreement we encountered the highest level of professionalism, customer care, enthusiasm and passion. Bobby came with a professional photographer, advised us about furniture arrangement and it made a tremendous difference. Throughout the process our questions were answered promptly and as sellers we were kept fully informed on every step, which made the sale go quickly and very smoothly. I’ve never seen anyone so motivated, energetic, and willing and able to help as Bobby. I would highly recommend Bobby to anyone looking for real estate in the Beechhurst area!
