Bobbie came highly recommended and we see why. She was immediately responsive, went to see two properties we were interested and FaceTimed us as we were out of town, then helped us through a pretty quick close. Bobbie also kept the seller accountable to our contingencies which were not done by the closing date so she on the spot negotiated a holdback. We would absolutely recommend Bobbie to anyone looking in the Valley and will be looking to her for future home buying/selling needs.

Bobbie was very comfortable to work with. She helped us tremendously in our process of selling the home we had been in for more than 30 years. She was honest and straight forward with her advice and recommendations. She didn't lead us to believe that we were going to get more for our property than we did but she helped us maximize what we were able to get. When we were viewing properties with her we never felt hurried and she always had any additional information we requested to us in a very timely fashion. Bobbie made us feel very comfortable throughout the process and we would highly recommend to her to anyone either buying or selling property.
