You have been so kind, informative, helpful and a positive lady to work with. I still recall the cloudy day I was parked in a car rider line and you took my call. You told me you were very familiar with my situation and willing to help. I had a choice with three realtors from Ramsey's recommend and saw you looked to be the one I could relate with more. I remember texting my letter and a copy of my license to prove to you I was the person with this house to sell. Your videos were very helpful because sometimes the information doesn't sink in at the first time on a phone call You have the golden award for patience. I know I missed a couple of request and at the time I was trying to handle my kids in their situations. The part where you explained risk was key with me and working on that price point was fun as well. 74,990$. We exceeded what I was shooting for in selling this house. Thank you. A lot of prayer and you and your team worked wonders!!!! I am amazed at all the members in your court. Fantastic - helpful and kind... I could go on but I know you know what they're made of. I have not had one negative interaction with anyone on your end and thank you for making someone rather painful (selling my childhood home) go so smoothly.
