Bob and his team were great. They helped us tour several houses virtually since we could not travel to the area in advance. When the right home came along, Bob had expert advice which enabled us to make a competitive offer that was ultimately accepted. Could not be happier with the home or with the service we received from Bob and his team.

Bob was great from the second we started working together. He gave me a personalized call and walked us through the process as first time buyers. He was very patient with us as we were moving from out of the area and needed a little extra TLC with timing. Etc.

Bob McTague is the overriding reason why my first home purchase is going to close. His responsiveness at initial inquiry got me in for a viewing whereas my original agent took weeks to even return an email. By the time this other agent responded, Bob had me in contract. This was a FSBO so when negotiations started he jumped right in...not just to my benefit but to be there for the sellers too which kept everyone happy when my lender took longer than anticipated to move my loan file along. What impressed me most of all is that even when I had my high maintenance/stress moments, he handled me well...heard me out but never knee jerked and kept everything calm and focused. As a mortgage underwriter myself, I thought my loan transaction would be fun and easy but it was very stressful actually and all Bob ever had were rational responses and solutions. I cannot sing his praises strongly enough as his experience and expertise kept the whole transaction together. My purchase would have never closed without him. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend working with him. Smart, experienced, kind, tolerant but never did anything that wasn't in my best interest. Thank you so, so much, Bob!

As a first time home buyer I have to say that choosing Bob McTague as my agent was the best decision that I could've ever made. Bob went above and beyond to find the perfect home for me and my family. I didn't know the first thing about buying a house and Bob guided me through all steps all the way to closing. If you are looking for a agent who is Honest, Knowledgeable and will fight for you and your best interest then Bob McTague is the Man!

He is a great realtor always on top of things and make sure you doing the things you need for closing, always there email or text you can get him anytime he is a wonderful realtor agent I would recommend to anyone. He did a great job getting me to close on my house.
