Bill had sold us our home back in 1989 so when we needed to sell my parent's home I knew I could trust Bill to get us the best price and take care of all the details. He ended up with a full price offer for my parent's home in 4 days. If you are needing to have a realtor who will keep you updated on all the details involved in selling a home and someone who will look out for you, Bill is your realtor! He was available to answer all the questions we had and responded quickly.

I have been working with Bill for several houses now because his service is so excellent. When I first met him, I was a very young woman trying to get my first home. He treated me as a professional, was patient as I reviewed houses for over a year, and answered all of my questions. Many people did not consider me a serious client when I was young, but Bill did not judge my age or gender. More recently, he helped me sell a house in a few weeks of having it listed. He was excellent in defending my interests and even helped locate homes out of network when I had to move for work. Not only was he an excellent Realtor, but he is a great professional who can accurately and concisely answer questions and be honest with you. I would get his second opinion on every large decision if I could! He was flexible with my incredibly difficult work schedule and personable the entire time.

We had a great experience working with Bill! We found lot we wanted to build on and had no idea what to do next. Bill walked and guided us through every step of the process from securing a mortgage to working with the builder and even the design of our house. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the aspects of buying a home. He was a wonderful liaison between us and the lender and the builder. He helped take a lot of the stress out of the home-building process and was a joy to work with. We would highly recommend Bill!

I was originally referred to Bill Craig by a friend over 5 years ago when I was looking to buy a house in Champaign. Bill was tireless, knowledgeable and ready with good advice on the homes we saw. When I eventually chose a house, Bill helped with everything from making the offer all the way up to getting the keys. Update to 2020, and Bill was the agent I called when it was time to sell that house. Once again, Bill was by my side through the whole process, explaining how COVID had changed showing and selling and what I could expect. Bill was especially helpful in reviewing offers, countering and ultimately getting me through the closing. Bill works for his clients, truly does everything you would hope an agent would do.

I used Michael to sell my home and also purchase my new home. From day one he made me feel as I was his only client. Very knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. Not once did he try and get me to settle but insisted that my new home was out there. If I ever move again I will definitely be using him.
