Sarah and Bic - and the rest of their team - were outstanding in helping us sell our townhome. Fast, smooth sale and we got a great price. Kara is personable, super responsive, and knows her job! I love that is is aggressive for her buyers and tireless! She would answer emails anytime, day or night. If you want someone who will be in your corner, Kara is the realtor for you. I like a realtor who proactively points out issues and concerns with properties. At one point, I really wanted to purchase a flip, but she pointed out issues with the property that I did not notice and avoid a big mistake.

Northern Virginia is known to be one of the most competitive housing markets in the country. After many years of careful financial planning and working with multiple realtors, I felt I was well-equipped to reenter the market with the guidance of a professional realtor like Paul. I believe Paul and I ended up touring at least eight properties (I've lost count) before closing on my final property over the course of five months. Each time, I felt like I was able to learn something new from Paul about how a property is organized and maintained. In short, each tour was a new lesson whether it was financial, technical, or emotional. And so I am happy to share my experience with Paul here. Paul is a NOVA native who is knows the area and how it has grown overtime. Paul actively listened to my needs by understanding my budget, desires, motivations, and timelines while confirming and expanding my understanding with examples and follow-ups. Paul patiently explained the entire house searching, touring, negotiation, and contract process to put me at ease even if I found myself asking the variations of the same questions repeatedly out of confirmation or panic. Paul shared very specific negotiation, technical, and observation key point strategies to ensure that I have obtained the best possible insight of the process and individual properties. All topics were covered whether it was the breakdown of the condo fee, the flooring choice and cost for renovation/maintenance, to understanding the seller's strategies. This is because Paul has extensive experience both representing buyers and sellers. Paul and I actively communicated via a MLS tool called Zenlist. I've enjoyed using this tool as it provides a common interface for me and Paul to search, chat, and initiate tours on (in short, minimal confusion and delays). It's good that Paul utilizes the latest technology as I believe rapid communication and access to the latest housing data equipped us with significantly detailed insight to make more efficient, comfortable housing/financial decisions over other competitors in this intense housing market. Paul will go out of his way to accommodate my limited schedule for touring or explaining. Paul even physically visited property on my behalf to take and share images and videos of interesting points (of course with tenant and owner permission) with me when I physically couldn't be present. Paul actively looked for properties that best matched my budget, location, and amenities. Paul also actively replied to all emails and text messages at most hour of the day/night. Paul and I have sat and read through every line of the offer contract and legal implications to ensure I understood everything expected of me and implications of ownership for the future. The single most important and impressive work style with Paul that differentiates him from other realtors is that he empowered me as his client with his knowledge and experiences with current market conditions, past property buying/selling experiences, and anticipated future impacts for me to make my own decision on what property to choose and how to offer a contract that best fits my buying circumstances. This in itself cemented my trust in Paul such that Paul represents my best interest over a commission. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with Paul. With Paul's guidance and expertise, I can say I am now a proud first-time home buyer in Northern Virginia.

Rola helped us find the perfect home! She was knowledgeable, honest, loves her work and works hard for her clients. She answered every question we had (and there were many). We felt she truly had our best interest at heart and was searching for our happiness, not just a commission. We highly recommend her and will always be grateful to her for being so caring and finding us our wonderful home. Our entire family only uses Rola for all of our real estate needs.
