Beverly went above and beyond for Sally and I! in our house hunting adventure these last five mouths. She came highly recommended to us, So I reached out, and she excepted our calling for help! Mind you Beverly is a hour and a half away from us! She drove down here, for showings for 3 months ! Then we found our dream home..... Beverly was very involved with our Mortgage Broker Correspondence and help.. making sure all parties kept on track and the line of communication flowing. On September 17th. 2020 we closed on our home ! I would recommend Beverly to anyone that is looking for a hardworking, Friendly, caring and most of all, professional Associate broker! You will not regret it ! Thank you again Beverly for all you have done for Sally and I !

We were first time home buyers with no experience looking/buying a house whatsoever. I had been looking on the Bridgeview website for many moons looking at the homes. Even though we knew many people in the realty business, we wanted to treat this like a business decision and not go with family or friends. We got hooked up with Bev and we are forever thankful! Right from the get go, she stayed on top of everything. She was very quick in responding to emails, texts, and calls no matter what time of day or night. We had let her know that we were just looking so that if we ever found the "it" house we would be ready. We would know whats in the market, what value of home we can get with the money. Bev took the time to get to know us which was really great and catered to houses that fit the bill but also listened to us to see if we had any homes that caught our eye on possibly being the one. She is such a sweet lady but oh boy does she know her stuff. Any questions we had she answered right away in a way that was easy to understand for even novices like ourselves. I would text Bev at all times of the day asking to schedule home showings and literally in no time, we would have three or four homes to look at the next day. She bent over backwards for us. She also fought for us tooth and nail when some unexpected things came about when we put a purchase offer in for the first home we put an offer in at. (Luckily it fell through because we ended up finding our dream home! but still greatly appreciated) It was really nice knowing that Bev was in our corner throughout the whole process. When our mortgage was taking forever, she was emailing and calling the bank trying to get answers. I would recommend Bev to anyone and everyone. Her warm personality and vast knowledge of the real estate game created the best experience for us and we could not of asked for a better realtor. Thank you Thank you Thank you Beverly!!! USE BEVERLY! YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID!

Beverly was nothing but helpful and knew what she was talking about. She was so patient in helping me find the perfect home even if there were bumps in the road. I would reccomend her to anyone!!

We truly enjoyed working with Bev. She was extremely helpful and actually went above and beyond to help us through a difficult issue. We highly recommend her as a realtor and will use her if we have any additional real estate transactions.

I could not have chosen a better realtor to list the house. She was professional, personable and always had my best interest in mind. She responds quickly and gives you answers to any questions you have. She made the process go smooth and as easy as possible. I would very highly recommend her as a realtor agent!
