Beverly Bowen assisted me in the sale and/or purchase of a new home in 2012, 2019, and 2021. I cannot recommend a realtor more highly. Beverly assisted me to narrow down home features, general areas, and properties in my budget. She is attentive, and really tries to help you find that one home which is going to be the perfect fit for your needs. She assisted me to sell a home at a very good price, and made that process absolutely smooth. Beverly never takes her eyes off the ball. She anticipates issues you may encounter, is meticulous with her record keeping and very prompt with responses as are needed between her as your agent, other agents, closing attorneys, title companies, insurance agents, HOA Boards, and many other entities. You need someone like Beverly in your corner to guard your best interest and guide you through anything that is not familiar. Beverly is just an incredibly gracious and caring person. She is easy to talk to, prompt to respond to your questions and concerns. She is very familiar with the market in Sarasota County, can assist you to locate just about anything you may need in the process of moving from good people to assist you in a complete kitchen renovation to a handyman or small projects. I would not hesitate to reach out to Beverly for any future real estate need. You will look long and far to find someone both so competent and caring.

Beverly found the perfect house when we moved to Florida, then helped us sell it for a great price and in a short amount of time when we chose to move to a larger home 5 years later. She again found us the perfect house with all the amenities that we wanted. It wasn't even on the market but she made it happen! Beverly is very professional, confidential and was always available when we needed her. She kept us informed of the entire process and even negotiated a closer move-in date when our home sold quickly. We would highly recommend her for her integrity, knowlege and honesty.

This past spring (2016) my husband and I had the pleasure of having Beverly Bowen as our awesome realtor! (Beverly works with her husband, John Schnackenberg, and both have excellent skills as realtors.) She spent time getting to know us first, and really listened to us and our needs/wants in a vacation home. She only showed us the homes that she thought fit into what we were looking for, and she was very mindful of our budget. She always took time to answer our many questions (and we asked a lot of questions), and when we phoned or sent her an email, she always answered those promptly. We felt like we were her exclusive clients! Another thing to note about Beverly is that she is a master negotiator! She has been in the real estate business for many years, and knows the rules of real estate inside and out. This is who you need when purchasing a home. She is very conscientious, prompt, knowledgeable, and just nice to deal with. Even after the purchase of our perfect vacation home, she is still sending us information on the area and other things she thinks might be of interest to us. She really is a special realtor. My husband and I both highly recommend her!

My daughter and I each bought a house from Beverly in 2002, she listened to what we wanted, even tho we changed our minds a few times, and never called us on it. We were in TN and doing a lot of the talking on the phone, when we arrived in Sarasota to look at houses she was ready with several homes and we found our home on the first week-end. Which meant we didn't have to continue coming down looking for homes and spending more money on hotels, gas, etc. Also, helped us find things around town when we first came and didn't know the layout.
