Rebecca was super friendly and patient with us! She helped us through the whole process of buying a home for the first time, she always gave us updates while going through and buying the home while also double checking things for us when we had questions. Without her we wouldn’t have known the whole process and precautions that needed to be taken in buying a house. Thank you so much Rebecca!

Working with Daniel and his team was a great experience. Since day one everyone answered text messages within minutes, any questions or concerns we had were answered clear and with precision. My wife and I tried buying a house about two year ago with a different team and process was taking for ever just to get pre qualified. With Daniel and his team the process from getting pre approved and getting the keyes from our house took 1 month!! They adjusted to my work schedule and the limits I have to answer the phone and emails while I’m at work, and had no problem taking my calls late during the hole process. A few calls from them to make sure we knew and understood all the documents that were sent to us made us feel comfortable and happy with the property we were trying to buy. The week prior to closing escrow all the paperwork had been submitted and explained allowing us to move in 3 days earlier than expected. Over all it was a great experience working with Daniel, Nick and Ryan and we are looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Matt was extremely helpful in me find and locate a house for purchase. As a real estate agent, he went above and beyond the call to service in helping to bring goal on owning the home to fruition. From scouring the market to find places within my budget, to setting up viewings and discussions about potential properties, he made sure to be as extremely helpful in finding something that fit my vision and needs. Once we entered in Escrow & closing, he stepped it up to an even another level and was super through in following through with all questions had and ensuring staying on timeline. At all times, it felt he was advocating for me and making sure that I getting the best deal possible while also not being afraid to keep it honest with me on things I needed to be educated on and understand better. Honest and fair would be the best way to describe him as a real estate agent and someone whom if you are working with you know will aggressively have your back completely while also letting you understand what is reasonable and what is not. He works with a wonderful company that also go out their way to make sure to assist you in whatever possible way incase he is unavailable for whatever reason. Overall greatly pleased with the experience of working with him a Real Estate agent and would 1000% utilize him again for any home buying needs.
