Ben did a fantastic job helping us find our home. It took no time at all for us to trust his insight and area knowledge. Every house we were showed, he pointed out the good and the bad, and throughout the process we felt he was concerned with protecting our best interest more than he making a sale. As far as responsiveness goes - we were never constrained by his schedule and it was not uncommon to schedule a house visit the same day we had interest in it.

Ben helped us buy two homes in Superior. He truly has the client's best interest in mind. When we looked at homes, he did his best to evaluate the home and find any issues to ensure that we knew what we were getting with each home. We were out of town when we bought our second home. We only saw it via Facetime from Ben. I would not have considered doing that if we didn't have a great deal of trust in Ben.

Ben is a complete joy to work with, as he brings a great attitude and is very knowledgeable in his craft. Every phone call, email, and text I made to Ben was answered in detail and promptly. We are so grateful we had Ben as our realtor, we are so appreciative of his knowledge and expertise through the entire home buying process. We are first time home buyers and were living in Rochester while house hunting in the Duluth area in preparation for our move. His knowledge as a local was extremely helpful and he often would make very thorough YouTube video tours of homes which helped us to narrow down which homes we wanted to make the trek up to Duluth for. This competitive housing market was daunting, to say the least, so his honest advice and transparency throughout the process was very helpful. We absolutely love our new home and are happy to be settling into Duluth. We highly recommend Ben for any of your real estate needs!

We were so very fortunate to find Ben when we began our search for a home in the Duluth area. We were out-of-state buyers and knew very little about the area other than we really liked it. Ben's patience and expertise went far beyond what we had ever experienced with realtors when buying and selling real estate in the past. We were all over the map as far as what we wanted initially, with Ben's guidance we were able to hone in on what we really wanted and ultimately closed on a lovely house on a lake! Ben's HONESTY and KNOWLEDGE of potential pitfalls of other homes we had viewed kept us from making a poor choice. Ben went above and beyond anything we could have ever hoped for in a realtor.
