Ben was the best! Super patient. Answered millions of questions for us as we were buying sight unseen. He kept checking in with us throughout the process of closing as well. Couldn’t be happier with him as our agent!

A brief summary of our experience; 1) finding Ben and Jessica happened by accident, but what a happy accident it was, 2) I must preface that it greatly helps that you as a buyer do your part in the home buying process to ensure satisfaction, and 3) I highly recommend Ben and Jessica for your realtor needs whether or not you are a veteran, although their knowledge and expertise with VA requirements is the primary reason I was referred to them. Now the not so brief summary. I was working with a local loan officer who suddenly went radio silent, and as such I was left wondering where to turn for loan assistance. As fate would have it, another loan officer reached out to me randomly even though I hadn't spoken to her roughly a year prior (seriously this was a fluke). She ended up connecting me with Ben and Jessica because of their experience with VA loans and the requirements associated with VA funding quirks (I must add that if you live the Traverse City area, do not look anywhere else for a realtor who specializes in VA loan requirements, you’ve found it right here with Ben and Jessica). So, after getting introduced with Ben and Jessica my wife and I were quickly brought into the loop as first time home buyers on what we needed to do, and what we should expect. The latter is quite important as a first-time buyer and I would venture to say that some realtors might neglect this. The internet only goes so far when it comes to knowledge, and Ben and Jessica were there to provide not only the information we asked about but also information we would have never thought to ask about. Ben and Jessica bridged the divide as fast and professionally as we were working to find out the ins and out of home ownership. Regarding our circumstances, we were working with a tight timeline and a budget that limited our options inventory-wise. I suppose if you had plenty of time and more money you would be more adamant in your wants, however as I mentioned time was of essence since we needed to be out of our apartment in two months. We were told up front that it wouldn't be impossible but that it could prove to be difficult with our timing and budget to find what we were looking for. After looking at a few options that were sent to us, the reality of our circumstances set in. What happened next is all the amazing fun stuff associated with first time home buying. We opened our minds to good compromise which lead to the home we now live in that we absolutely love! Because of Ben and Jessica's shrewdness we came in under asking and were able to get some additional perks thrown in. My wife and I had no idea the things that happened behinds the scenes that Ben and Jessica were orchestrating on our behalf to get our home, to which my wife and I are beyond thankful for that they did. To conclude, the rating we are giving them is a true five-star experience. I can boldly say if you have had less than a five-star experience with Ben and Jessica it was because of something on your behalf. As I mentioned at the opening of this review, you get what you put in. We put in the effort and those efforts were met with their exceeding level of dedication and professionalism. On top of this, they are both down-to-earth, genuine people working to help provide you the best of service when it comes to your real-estate needs. They know what it means to serve; look no further and let them help you with one of life's milestones if it’s your first home or if its tenth let them make the process one that you'll remember because of what you have been missing out on. A sincere Bravo Zulu to them both!

My experience with Ben williams was buyng a new home and selling my home. First of all I want to thank him for his service in the USAF. As a professional realtor he is very knowledgeable in buying and selling and I would highly recommend him to everybody!! He sure helped me on the selling process been there every time I needed him and always with a smile. Thank you Ben and Jessica. You are my dear Friends.

Ben and Jessica were great to work with from start to finish. We were home shopping from out of state and they were on top of sending us new listings and scheduling showings during our visits to town. Very easy to communicate with and super responsive. Overall fantastic experience!

Ben is a very knowledgeable and helpful realtor. He went out of his way to provide with anything we needed from the beginning to the end. If anyone is in need of a realtor who you know has your best interest at hand it’s definitely Ben!
