Brooklyn was our saving Grace, we had been with a different realtor that didn't respond to our messages and didn't show us homes who were interested in. The day we started working with Brooklyn, she immediately took us out to see homes we were interested in. She must have texted me about 10 times, she quickly apologized for the redundant information, however I explained to her that's exactly what we needed. She made us feel as though we were her priority, she validated our concerns and answered all our questions. Not only was she professional but she was so kind and caring and made us feel as family, we definitely consider her family now. She made the entire process feel so easy. We started working with her around June 4th and we're in escrow by July 7th. 10/10 would I recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

I am very happy to have chosen Barry Goodrich to list my house. Barry has been so helpful in listing, staging my house, and advising me of what I needed to do to show the best aspect of my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient in handling all the paper works, from walking me through the offers, counter offers, to the escrow papers and the final signing of the sale. I had the pleasure to work with Barry on a purchase in the Big Bear area. I can honestly say that Barry is a true professional and he is great to work with.
