As a first time home buyer, pretty much everything that is involved with the process is absolutely terrifying. And not ever having done this before, really had no idea of what we were getting ourselves into. We found Ben through Zillow as the agent who just popped up on the very first house we were interested in looking at. Not really having any other experience or anyone else to compare with, he really gave us a good and easy feeling and when he got into the nooks and crannies, and not so niceties of the house with us, I knew he was the agent for us! Ben explained EVERY step and process, helped us with negotiations, gave us tough love and talked us down from the bridge many, many times. He gave us the confidence and knowledge to attain the perfect home for our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the area, financials and services, was available anytime we needed him and I can’t recommend him more highly! He’s a stand up guy and will be there for you on this roller coaster ride of home buying! Thanks so much for everything Ben!! You’re the best!

Ben is wonderful, knowledgable, responsible and extremely patient. He worked with a whole team of our family members, who all had different priorities, and found a house and additional vacant lot that met everyone's needs. He had no problem picking up calls/answering texts at any hour and always gave us sound advice. In the end, he helped us negotiated and reduce some costs in a very challenging, sellers market. We highly recommend Ben!

Excellent expérience with Kurt. He handled all aspects of the sale of an incapacitated client's home (researching history of service providers and utilities, organizing the fixing up of what needed fixing, staging, etc.) with skill and good humor

Tori was amazing to work with. We had a hard time finding a home due to the market but Tori kept at it with us and we are in our new home! She was very knowledgeable about the area, very honest and upfront, and never pressured us. She helped us with every step and always answered any question we had very timely. We would recommend anyone to work with Tori!
