We were looking in Raleigh for a second home that would eventually be our retirement home. We met with Lynn Winston who showed us a number of homes. She was very knowledgeable about the area. She was very patient and let us think through each option. She did not push us to make a decision but when we found a house, she did a great job navigating the negotiations. After we got the house under contract, we worked with Shauna Nelson until the closing. Shauna was so responsive and answered all of our questions. She picked up the phone when we called and returned emails promptly. She was very thorough when helping us with the inspection report and the negotiation that follow. I would absolutely recommend Lynn Winston and Shauna Nelson if you are purchasing a home in the Raleigh area.
