I have worked with Art on several real estate transactions over 30 years, and he also managed rental property for me. In all this time, he has shown never-failing honesty and integrity in all the aspects of the real estate business. He is a straight shooter who always has his client's interest at heart. Recently, Art represented me when I sold a house at long distance. He could not have been more helpful, treating the house like his own, checking it regularly, arranging for repairs that became necessary after the inspector's report, and even cleaning the house before the open house and final walk through. This sale had some bumps in the road, and Art managed everything with unfailing professionalism, offering advice when it was asked, for calmly and astutely, sharing the advantage of his long experience with real estate. Finally, I can attest that he really cares about his clients. They just don't make real estate agents like this anymore!

Art Kostapapas is very professional and knowledgeable. My fiance and I had an excellent experience working with him for over 5 months. Art was a huge resource for us. While selling he was there for us every step of the way from helping us determine how to prepare the house for sale, helping us find qualified local contractors and helping us all the way through closing. Very attentive and honest and gave great information throughout the sale of my home. He was always responsive to everything and showed me he was onbtop of things to get it done. He is friendly and a caring person. Never and issue and always answered my calls and emails.
