Annette was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to finding our first home . She always answer our call and many questions we had every day . Competition was out of control but with Annette’s point of view and years of experience we took a leap of faith and she helped us get what we were looking for with a fast closing!!!

Annette was very aggressive in this current competitive market. I was very impressed with her ability to get us in to see the homes we requested to see in a timely manner. We had to decide quickly to submit an offer, she was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done in order to even have a chance on getting our offer accepted. We agreed on the terms of the offer, she got it submitted immediately and we received the wonderful news that our offer was accepted! Her expertise and recommendations of how to write a clean offer and choices of mortgage lenders helped relieve some anxiety in these stressful times of such a competitive housing market. I would highly recommend Annette.
