We were very lucky to find Kayla and her team for our migration to Tennessee. Unfortunately we were not able to make a trip out and needed someone with an eye for detail, to spot a good deal and bridge the gap from everything from the high school to how far it is to the local Walmart. Rarely do I recommend someone as it often blows up in my face. I do however have complete confidence in her and will be my go to person for my next home ( and investment properties ) when the time comes.

Where do I begin....My wife and I have been married sense 2012 and have always been renting. We told ourselves that we will probably never own our own home that we are stuck renting for the rest of our lives. Times got hard and we had to file bankruptcy back in 2015. Through the years we was in bankruptcy I was focused on 1 thing and 1 thing only, it was to start fixing my credit. I started getting credit cards and was paying all of them on time.. Started seeing my credit score go up very quickly. By the time we was discharged from bankruptcy both of our credit scores was over 600. Then I started thinking and doing research on how high your credit score has to be to apply for a home loan. I was very surprised only 580 with most loan companies. So I started soul searching for a lender out there then a agent. Well then we came across Miss Kayla Cross!!! We had a budget and she looked for houses for us in the budget. Some were not so good and some were perfect. We put in offers after offers and got out bided or turned down. Then we came across this perfect little house and I told her I wanted it. She was on top on everything that I asked and went above and beyond to get the answers I needed. Kayla is awesome and she will hook you up with anything that you are looking for. Thanks Kayla....

Kayla is a very sweet person to work with and she helped me on getting my first house. She is a angel in my eyes. I would love to see everyone to see her the way I did she was so helpful with everything. Even if I had a question for her about something and she was so busy, but she always called me back.

Annette is such a wonderful person! She has known me for a VERY long time and she is a great Agent! She listens to your needs, wants and she will help you find that perfect house! We have been planning to buy a home in TN but we live in VT. Annette was great to deal with over email, phone, text and even better in person! She really cares about about her customers and you can certainly tell. She is a one of a kind for sure! She found of our new home and we closed on it pretty quickly. Everything got done and she made it so stress free! The home was everything that we where looking for. We can't wait to have her over for dinner! You can't go wrong with picking Annette.
