We could not have asked for a better realtor when buying our first home! Meghan was very knowledgeable, patient, and responsive with us. She gave very helpful advice and explained each step of the process with great detail. She was able to anticipate questions we would have before we even had a chance to ask them. As first-time homebuyers, we were very intimidated by the whole process, but Meghan made everything a breeze. Meghan was outstanding to work with. She came highly recommended, and was super responsive and caring. As a first time home buyer I was pretty anxious, but Meghan brought a lot of great knowldge, street smarts, and insight into the process. I've especially appreciated the "timeline to closing"/next steps emails and regular check-ins. She was a real joy to work through this with!

Meghan was the perfect person to work with for our first time home purchase! When we first started our house search, my husband and I really did not know what to expect given the crazy market. Meghan was able to help us narrow down areas we liked and quickly was able to learn what sort of style and property we were looking for. I often found that she would reach out on a newly listed property she thought would be a good fit for us right before I was about to reach out to inquire about it so I knew we were on the same wavelength which was great. Her knowledge of not only the real estate industry but also general construction/contracting helped us learn what sort of things to look for when walking through a home and was extremely crucial especially when looking at older properties that could use some work. Though we did have to go through several bidding wars that didn't pay off, thanks to Meghan's help, we were able to get our perfect home that will be a great place to start a family and grow into over the years and are very happy with how the whole process went. We absolutely plan on recommending Meghan to any of our friends and family who are looking to buy or sell in the area and will still be reaching out to her often for her amazing recommendations on everything ranging from food/social life to home renovations and projects.
