I actually sold my house by owner; however, the buyers that bought my house were using Anne as their realtor. Despite Anne not listing my house, she went above and beyond to make the buyers experience as smooth and flawless as possible. She took care of all the paperwork and crazy behind the scenes stuff that I would have been so lost on if I tried to do it myself. I’m so grateful Anne was a part of me selling my house. She made the whole experience from start to finish so seamless. She was friendly, professional, very detailed, and was very prompt in her responses. She went above and beyond for me and I wasn’t even her client, imagine what she would do for you as her client. I’d imagine you won’t regreg your decision in using her. :) Chelsi Roberts

Very responsive, Always there for any questions or concerns. Great at negotiating. Always did anything we wanted. Did not upsell anything. Was not pushy. Very accommodating. Did a super job all around. We nicknamed her Awesome Anne! We would recommend her to anyone new to buying a home. She cuts the stress in half.
