Anne was wonderful to work with. She has extensive local knowledge and is able to not only find you a wonderful home (or sell!) but also connect you with people that make the buying process seamless. She is communicative and a pleasure to have on your side during a stressful time. I bought and sold with Anne and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Hudson Valley.

Working with Anne on the purchase of our first home was an absolute pleasure!! She went above and beyond in every aspect and I would work with her again in a heartbeat. She offered excellent advice during the home buying process, which is such a relief for first time buyers. She always was accommodating to our schedule, since we were traveling to NY from out of state and she always made herself available to us. Anne consistently followed up with us to make sure that we were on track to meet our closing date and would also check in regularly to see if we had questions. I always felt that I could reach out to her and would be met with a thoughtful response. She is a wonderful realtor and a kind and caring person. I am so grateful for her help and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Hudson Valley. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area!

Anne is a local treasure. I doubt that's a secret, but here are some details: Even in this crazy market, Anne was very generous with her time both before and after contract signing. In our case (Buyers) she was especially helpful in communicating with the local buildings department for some missing paperwork. We couldn't have done it without her. Also, she knows almost everyone, and her recommendations for local services related both to the transaction and post-closing, have been spot-on. In short, look no further!

Professional,knowledgable,understanding. It was a more difficult situation(to sell our home) due to covid but she rose to the occasion. Gave many suggestions and had several open houses.
