Grace was wonderful to work with. Whenever we needed her she was right there. She was knowledgeable and we always felt confident in her abilities. Anne and her team did a great job representing not only our home but also our interests. She is very knowledgeable with the market, creating an inviting space and has a solid network of referrals for any repairs/renovations that need to be addressed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. She is wise negotiating a fair price. We have used her several times for buying and selling and would highly recommend her.

Lauren did a great job at informing me on the homebuying process and assisting me throughout it. She had great local knowledge and really listened to what I wanted to look for in a house. Lauren helped us purchase our first home in Tacoma. Her first-hand knowledge of the area was invaluable. She was always highly responsive, and would frequently have video walkthroughs of homes ready for us within hours of asking, which was a huge help for us being an hour drive away from where we were looking to purchase. I definitely felt like she had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
