Travis was very responsive when we started this process. We were somewhat familiar with the area but were located 7 hours away and were not able to physically walk thru the homes. That did not bother him. He arranged as many showings as we wanted and did it all via video. He was brutally honest also. Some of the homes he advised us not to buy as they had issues that we did not want to bother repairing. When we finally found the right home, he walked us thru every step of the way and involved his associates so everyone was aware of what step of the process we were in. All the paperwork was completed remotely. We closed within 5 weeks. We finally met face-to-face at the final walkthru before closing and then he attended the closing with us. It could not have been a smoother process.

Annamarie did an exceptional job on the sale of my lake front property. The home sold in just hours for more than I was asking! She had everything I needed set up in no time, she took care of everything. I never had to go back to the property one time during the entire process! It was like a dream, it didn't seem possible to be that quick and easy!

Great people to work with! Travis was absolutely amazing and pretty much the most patient person I’ve ever come across. We are from St. Louis and he worked with us with video walk throughs on houses we were not able to get to the lake to see when they came up for sale. He always accommodated our schedule when seeing houses in person. We had our eye on one house for quite a while that was going through probate, and he hung in there with us through a long period of time to finally get the house we wanted. After we purchased our house, we then put our condo up for sale. Annamarie handled the closing of our condo with such professionalism, and we could not have been happier. Annamarie is very knowledgeable, is always accessible, and extremely helpful. She was always ready to answer any questions we had. Shout out to Cari who was also so helpful with all the paperwork and questions we had. We can’t say enough good things about Smarter Move Real Estate Group.
