This is my second time to sell a house with Christina. One house was personal and the other for work. With the house that was personal she was extremely tactful and thoughtful as it had belonged to an aunt who just passed away. She is absolutely wonderful and I frequently recommend her to family and friends when they are in market.

Christina knows the area very well. She was able to show use a variety of houses in various neighborhoods. Christina was very informative about the steps that go into buying a home. She was easy to communicate with, day or night, about certain homes we would find on Zillow, and the next day she had it set up to show the house to us. She was able to get us a deal that fit our budget and options to protect us as well in near future. She was very helpful and I highly recommend her to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers.

Christina Lucas is an efficient and very professional realtor who came to by chance. I had not prior knowledge of her or what I was doing. Christina ha been a Godsend in helping me with a huge knowledge base and ability at her fingertips. Christina showed me homes until we got the perfect one. She cares about her customers plus is diligent and helpful. She is always available and on the job with phone call , text and email. She is and has been a Godsend for me in this process of buying and selling my house. I highly recommend Christina Lucas as a realtor to anyone who needs help
