We worked with Ann for an entire year of house-hunting in the Somerset Hills area and she was wonderful. She guided us through the process and kept our needs in mind. She arranged showings on short notice and went right to work when we wanted to pursue a property. She had patience with us while we took our time to find the "right" house; we never felt pressured. We'd happily recommend Ann to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell their home. Ann helped take the stress out of one of life's biggest decisions.

We recently used Ann as our agent while selling our house. As noted in other reviews Ann is a great communicator. She prefers texting but quickly takes or makes phone calls when more lengthy communications are indicated, and she emails when needed. Ann uses Docusign on-line software so we could sign a contract even though we were in Pennsylvania and the house we were selling was in New Jersey. She even texts you if she is on the phone when you call, telling you she will call you as soon as she finishes. She acknowledges all texts so you know she has seen them. She seems to be available almost 24/7, answering texts and calls on Saturday and Sunday and evenings. While we were selling our house Ann was handling several other real estate closings, but she communicated with us as if we were her only clients. Ann is a smart realtor. She knows the market, the best ways to present a house she is selling, and she is creative in bringing out the best aspects of a house. She tells it like it is. She is always on time for appointments. She kept us informed about who was viewing our house and why or why not offers were made. She clearly explained the current house selling process to us, since we hadn't sold a house in 47 years. I would not hesitate to recommend Ann to anyone selling their house.

Ann Behrens is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. Ann walked us though every step of buying my house from start to the end. She really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house even giving us ideas in choosing the house. Ann is extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

In simple terms, Ann is GREAT! Throughout our VERY long and trying purchase process( at no fault of Ann), she stuck with us and provided answers to all of our questions and aided in all of our concerns. She consistently was readily available and took a lot of the pressure off of us as buyers. If your a first time buyer especially, but of course for any other purposes she is certainly the way to go!
