I would not have been able to sell my property without Tammy's assistance. I truly mean this. I had lost my Stepmother and she very empathic towards the loss. Her advice was spot on and she was very patient with me throughout the process. Not being a resident to the local area she was very accommodating when explaining the difference in processes. I would recommend Tammy to anyone want to buy or sell she is available 24x7 and again I appreciate everything she did for me. Todd
