My wife and I just wrapped up our 4th closing with Angie! The first time we bought a house we chose Angie just by chance. After that experience I could not imagine working with anyone else. Angie is honest, reliable and very knowledgeable. We have had contact with her as early at 7am and as late as 10:30pm. She shines the brightest in the most stressful situations. Although, I’m sure she has many other clients, I felt as if we were her main concern when we needed her.

Angie has to be the most patient and knowledgeable person I have met. She impressed me with her diverse knowledge that extended beyond just selling houses. She went above and beyond for me and my wife even after we closed on the property. I will be using her for all my housing purchases in the future.

We purchased our home in 2015 with the help of Angie Brazell and we found her to be on target for everything we needed. More impressively, though is that 3.5 years later we needed her professional help on a real estate matter and she gladly facilitated our requests promptly. In our experience, the purchase of our house was just the beginning of a long term professional relationship with Angie and one where she cares enough to find out how our family is doing from time to time. I would like to sing Angie Brazell praises for getting my house officially sold today! I was trying to sell it on my own and wasn't successful. She stepped in and got it done quickly! I was lucky enough to both buy a townhouse (2010) and sell a townhouse (2016) with Angie Brazell in Greer, South Carolina. When buying the townhouse from Angie - while using another agent as my representative who was recommended to me by a friend - I knew that I wanted to keep her information for when I eventually sold. And I’m glad I did. She struck me then as a competent, intelligent, and hardworking business woman, and through my experience with her selling my townhome, I know all this to be true. While it is undeniable Angie is a professional and excellent at her job as a realtor, what really makes her stand out to me is how much she cares for and about her clients. Angie really does go above and beyond what is required of her: she explains each step of the selling process in detail and comprehensively, she is always available for questions or concerns, she streamlines necessary maintenance to ease the stress of selling, and she keeps you updated on all aspects of your property. As a first-time seller, I often felt anxious and overwhelmed at all that was in front of me, but Angie helped me through each step of the process to where it was almost painless. Additionally, Angie always goes the extra step: when I left some photos in my long-forgotten shed, Angie shipped them to me without hassle. I feel blessed to have had Angie on my side each step of the way. I really cannot recommend her more.
