There are plenty of good Realtors out there, but you would be hard pressed to find a team with more knowledge, perspective, determination, and integrity than Angie and Les Sessoms. When my wife and I were looking to move to a larger home in Celebration or Dr. Phillips, I quickly learned why Angie (and Les) Sessoms are considered one of the top Real Estate teams in the area, if not THE top team. I say team because we contracted with Angie who was always spot on, but her husband Les was available for questions or to see a home. It was as if we had two realtors working for us! They have everything you look for in an agent to market and sell your home and identify, negotiate and assist in the purchase of the new one. Whether it be a call, text, or email, they were available at a moment’s notice and were extraordinarily proactive to research the smallest of questions we might have had. They were incredibly knowledgeable and inciteful with regards to the area, buying/selling pitfalls, and creative ways to reach an agreement diplomatically beneficial to all parties. Our situation was admittedly delicate since the timing to buy one hinged on selling the current house with very little time to accomplish both. Angie handled it perfectly without giving up any bargaining power what-so-ever. Angie and Les were invaluable during the inspection process as well. Their advice saved us thousands on both homes. I can’t recommend them highly enough!!

I have worked with Angela to purchase and sell properties in the Orlando area. She is a true professional and is wonderful to work with. She makes us feel like we are family. She has exceeded our expectations during three transactions. I would choose to work with her again.

I tried to sell FSBO for 60 days with no luck. Angela came in and I had a contract so fast it made my head spin. She handled everything so I could concentrate on what I do and let her handle all the fun of closing. Thank you again!

I have bought three properties with Angie and she is excellent! She is professional, responsive and gets to know her clients well. She is a good negotiator and offers straight-forward, honest information to help clients make sound investments. I've recommended Angie to family and friends without reservation. Angie is an excellent realtor and she has a great sense of humor - a great combination to put prospective home buyers at ease.
