Randy was great in helping us navigate our first home purchase. Specifically he had a great local knowledge in a new area we were moving to, catching items during the walk-through, and recommending certain vendors for inspections and other house projects post-close.

I hit the jackpot finding Jackie through Zillow! She has a long history of experience in the Denver area. Chad helped us buy a condo for my daughter who will be going to School of Mines in Golden. He really knows the area and had lots of good contacts for me to contact as well beyond just buying a house. He also has a son at Mines as well so not only did he help buy us a house under market value, he gave me lots of personal advice as well for a future student. Truly a pleasure to work with who wanted to make sure our daughter had something close to Mines but also close to Denver and I'm confident we made a great choice.

Jackie did a great job showing us the homes in the area we were interested in. We found our dream home because of Jackie! She was helpful with conversations about the community, schools, and recreation in where we were looking. Jackie was very communicative and she let us know what was going on every step of the way. Since we weren't living in the area we bought, she was helpful in going to our home and doing walk-throughs for us. Thank you, Jackie!
