We did not have the best experience selling our house with another real estate company/agent. We were referred to Jaime at SURE sales group and she helped us with buying our home in Anne Arundel County. She was patient with us - didn’t rush or push. Communication is definitely a strength of hers. She is very responsive, honest and transparent. I would happily recommend her to anyone!

Caroline has truly went above and beyond in helping me market and lease my rental property in Baltimore. From the beginning, she demonstrated a proactive attitude, and was quickly able to find qualified tenants while keeping me well informed throughout the process. She was always available and it felt like she was always there to address any questions or concerns I had. Matthew did an excellent job with connecting with us in the beginning to first give us a tour of our future home and build a rapport with us as his clients. He was very forthcoming and knowledgeable with all information about the property, answered all of our questions, and had tips and recommendations for the area as well. He is very personable and made us feel welcome from the first phone call to us signing our lease. He never made us feel as though he was just trying to sell us on something. We are very excited to continue working with him and his team while we are renting one of their properties. We highly recommend him if you’re looking to rent or buy in the Baltimore area!

Matthew was always willing to make himself available. My wife and I needed to find a home in less than ONE WEEK and he was able to make it happen. He gave his honest opinion when asked and was willing to steer us away from bad decisions. I recommend anyone looking for a home in the Baltimore area to consider working with Matthew.

Ibby was amazing to work with. She was available, punctual, professional, super attentive, and friendly. She WAS NOT pushy. On multiple occasions, she clearly went above and beyond for us at no benefit to herself (and likely cost herself money), prolonging the time she had to spend on us, increasing the effort she had to expend, just to make sure we got the house we wanted. We had multiple, exceptionally tricky negotiations, and she guided us through. She is a career agent, and is clearly very experienced. I would recommend her to anyone.
