I've known Andrew for over 10 years while owning and living in Westchester. After I moved out of NY, Andrew helped lease my condo twice, and eventually also managed its final sale -- without me even having to set foot back in NY. Andrew is extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure my sense of comfort and convenience. He also has deep insight and connections into the local market. I truly appreciate the counsel he has provided all along on setting rental and sales prices, vetting other parties and striking win-win agreements. I could not have done it without his presence. Andrew helped us sell our house. Andrew was patient listening to our requirements and was sensitive to timing issues w.r.t. working and schooling from home. He hired a professional photographer and made many suggestions on how to stage our home. He was spot on with his predictions regarding the listing time and pricing and we had a very smooth process. Andrew knows Rye Brook like the back of his hand and was excellent during the negotiating period. Highly recommended.

This is the 5th home sale and purchase that Any has represented us on. On each transaction, Andy handled the process from beginning to end, and made it very efficient. He is very responsive and available to his clients at all times. Most importantly, the deals were economically correct for what we were looking for. Most importantly, we consider Andy a friend and we would highly recommend him - in particular in the Rye Brook and Rye areas.
