Andrew and his team run an honest outfit with a straightforward and matter of fact way of conducting business. Very efficient and professional in all aspects there were no “surprises” or needless interactions. Andrew and Kathy demonstrated a lot of patience with us as we took months to ready our affairs in order to list our properties. Andrew rapidly sold two properties for us. Both were under contract within and closed within three weeks of actual listing. We have and will continue to recommend him; without hesitation, we will use him again.

My wife and I were unsure if we wanted to sell our home. We were nervous and really questioned if it was the right time. Andrew and Kathy were fantastic and calmed our fears. Andrew and his team very professional through out the sell and purchase of our new home. Every text, call and email were answered promptly. When Andrew or Kathy stated they would be get back to us, they followed through. Sometimes you meet individuals that you wished could handled every business question you had, Andrew and Kathy are one of them. Sadly you may only buy two or three homes in your life, I hope that this team is there for me when that next occasion occurs. I know deep down if you choose Andrew and Next Home to be your partner in the sell or the purchase of your home you will would finish the transaction feeling the same way. Andrew was very professional and efficient from the first day we met. He took the time to set down with me and explain exactly what the short process was, and the time frame. Everything went exactly as explained and I specifically liked the group text that kept everyone current as to what was going on. This is the 3rd real estate transaction that I have personally been involved in and I can honestly say it was by far the most simple and efficient process that I have dealt with.
