We cannot speak more highly of our experience with Andrew and his team. We had listed our house with another agent and when we weren't getting any traction, we asked Andrew for his advice. With his expert eye, he made some tweaks to the furnishings and we received an offer within 12 days of listing with his team. The communication throughout was excellent and the team provided a fantastic experience from start to finish. They really know the Sherman Oaks and Studio City area and give great counsel throughout the process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Valley.

Lisa did a fantastic job helping my husband and I find our dream home in Studio City. Lisa knows the area and the other realtors exceptionally well and does her research! Most of the homes she showed us were about to hit the market or were off-market. I am convinced we only got our current home because she negotiated our viewing before it hit the market. Lisa is also an incredible, down-to-earth, and friendly person you can trust. We felt guided and supported throughout the entire process. This was the second time I had Andrew and Brandon sell a house for me. First time was in March 2021, then now. These guys know how to get it done. This past summer I had a TIC (tenants in common) I wished to sell in Rampart Village. I started out with another agent. Why? I was not thinking. After a frustrating experience with these guys I gave Andrew the listing. He knew precisely what to do and got my TIC sold expeditiously. I should have signed on with them on day one, avoid tons of aggravation and stress. This is clearly the number one realtor in Los Angeles. Just deal with them an get it done.

Andrew went above and beyond helping us sell our house. He even went to City Hall to research the history on our house to verify that the previous owner had permitted the addition. We were very pleased with Andrew and the others at his company that assisted us.
