David Van Omen is absolutely the best Realtor! He was perfect from our first meeting all the way through the closings. I was selling of my home of 33 years and purchasing a townhome simultaneously. Since I hadn’t done this by myself before, David was extremely helpful in explaining the steps. He arranged for pictures (which were fabulous), repair work, staging, open house showings and assistance in working with the title company. Aside from showing me several properties, he took time to arrange repeat visits once I made an offer on the townhome I purchased. He was patient, conscientious, above all, accessible. David or his assistant also provided me with checklists and resources to make the transition from my old home to my new home as seamless as possible. I highly recommend David Van Omen to anyone who is interested in buying and/or selling their property.

We worked with Jeanne Johnson and loved the level of care and concern we received. We recently relocated from Sacramento and therefore relied heavily on Jeanne to protect our interests. She worked with us to identify the neighborhood of our dreams and afterwards, to find a house in that neighborhood during a very tight market. BVO Luxury Group's care did not end with the purchase of the home. Cathy Frank has been exceptional in providing recommendations for landscaper, plumber, handyman. I would highly recommend BVO Luxury Group to anyone looking to buy a home in the Scottsdale area.
