This is the second time we have had Amy as our selling agent and both times she has been nothing short of phenomenal. Her knowledge of the market is unsurpassed; she never hesitates to give you her honest opinion which we truly appreciate. She was with us during the entire listing process, from getting updates and repairs done prior to listing, to setting a fair market yet competitive sales price, and negotiating offers. Amy's passion for real estate combined with her personable manner made us feel like we were the only house on the market!

Claudia was the agent for the buyers of our home. The process was a nightmare from the start. Our closing date was pushed back because the lender did not have proof of work history. I realize this is the lenders' fault, not the realtor but I was informed the day before closing. Also, this realtor went back and forth with many things during the process. For example, we had the house professionally cleaned (out of kindness) as well as the carpets cleaned professionally. Claudia questioned how professional the carpet cleaner was even though they were voted one of Sioux Falls Best. She complained about every little thing. Claudia contacted us a total of 3 times asking if her clients could move in early and we refused each time. I was clear the first time she asked. Claudia's clients did not hook up any of their utilities for the day of closing and she acted like that was our fault they couldn't be hooked up same day. She should have been guiding her buyers. I could go on and on. I do not recommend this realtor at all.

It was so easy working with Josh! He listened to what we were looking for and was so responsive and quick to help find us options. He took care of everything and made the buying process so smooth. Cannot recommend enough!

My husband and I relocated from California and Amy went above and beyond to help us find the right home. Amy spent time over six months showing us homes in person and virtually, when we couldn’t be there in person. We weren’t the easiest clients as we had very specific things we were looking for but Amy and her team were diligent in finding possible homes, making recommendations, and candid with their opinions. In the end, we found the best possible home and Amy helped us through the transaction by negotiating in our best interest and explaining the detailed process along the way. We are so grateful to Amy and her team for their patience and perseverance!

Deena was wonderful to work with. We were first time home buyers and she made the process simple and easy to understand. ALWAYS available to answer questions and very honest with us. While in the searching/touring phase, she was very responsive and quick to coordinate a tour that worked with our hectic work schedule. We plan to work with her in the future and recommend her to our friends/family.
